Billing, trials & cancellation
How do I cancel my trial or subscription?
Sign in with the same Steam account you used to subscribe. Open PRO and select Manage subscription. In Stripe's billing portal, choose your subscription, select the cancellation option, and finish the confirmation. Check the cancellation status and end date in the portal.
Open subscription controls. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. For a paid plan, cancel before the next renewal to stop that renewal. You do not need to explain why.
If the portal does not work or you cannot access the account, email [email protected] promptly with your Steam profile link and receipt details. Do not send a full card number or security code.
What happens when my free trial ends?
The monthly subscription starts automatically. Stripe charges your saved payment method at the price shown in the offer and checkout. It then renews each month until cancelled. Not using Memorin does not stop renewal.
The trial length is shown in the PRO offer. Stripe shows the first billing date at checkout and in the billing portal. The trial is offered only to eligible accounts on the monthly plan. Selecting Subscribe now skips it and charges immediately.
Does the yearly plan charge me every month?
No. You pay the full yearly price upfront. A price shown as “per month” on the yearly plan is only a comparison: it is the yearly total divided by twelve. It is not a monthly instalment plan. The yearly subscription automatically renews for another full year unless cancelled before renewal.
How much is PRO, and when will I pay?
Open PRO for the current monthly and yearly prices. Review the total, currency, applicable taxes, billing interval, and first charge date in Stripe before confirming. A monthly trial has nothing due at the start. Subscribe now and yearly purchases charge immediately.
Are payments refundable if I forget to cancel?
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Forgetting to cancel, not using the service, or changing your mind does not by itself qualify for a voluntary refund. Cancelling stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund an earlier payment or unused time.
You can submit a consumer cancellation notice online with Cancel contract. This policy does not remove statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for a faulty or misdescribed service, or rights concerning unauthorized payments. See consumer withdrawal rights and the refund policy. Contact support if you believe an exception applies.
Does deleting my account or removing the extension cancel billing?
No. Do not rely on signing out, deleting local files, removing the browser extension, or requesting account deletion to cancel Stripe billing. Cancel the subscription in the billing portal first and check its status. If you have already lost account access, contact support.
Where can I find receipts or update my payment method?
Open Manage subscription while signed in to the Steam account that paid. Use Stripe's portal to view billing documents and manage your payment method. A checkout email address and your optional Memorin email updates are separate.
Will I get a reminder before the trial charges me?
Do not rely on a reminder to cancel. Check the trial end and first charge date at checkout and in the billing portal, and set your own reminder. Trial and renewal emails depend on billing notification settings and email delivery. Optional product emails are separate from billing notices.
What if I paid but PRO is still locked?
Use the same Steam account you used at checkout. Open PRO and use the refresh-status option if shown. If access is still missing after payment, send support your Steam profile link and receipt. Do not pay again to fix an access problem.
Is a single-match unlock a subscription?
No. Where offered, it is one payment for the stated match. It does not renew, does not start a trial, and does not give account-wide PRO. Check the match, included features, price, and storage term before paying.
Getting started
What is Memorin?
Memorin is a browser tool for reviewing Counter-Strike 2 demos. Watch a match, inspect a moment from different views, then practise supported moments yourself. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with Valve, Steam, FACEIT, or HLTV.
What can I use for free?
Review matches in 2D, try the sample demos and today's Daily moment in 3D, walk maps, use match review and the scoreboard, and open shared moments. The lineup library is free to watch and practise; sign in to practise. The current free demo allowance appears in your account. These free features do not require a paid subscription.
What does PRO add?
PRO opens full 3D replay for your matches and pro matches, every available practice moment, the full Rematch report for your own supported matches, more storage, and advanced demo controls. The PRO page lists the current features and limits. Practice is a browser recreation, not a guarantee of identical results in the native game or improved rank.
Do I need Steam sign-in or a separate app?
Memorin runs in a browser. Sign in through Steam to add your demos and manage your account. Your Steam password is entered on Steam's own sign-in page. The optional MemorIN browser extension helps import FACEIT and HLTV replays.
Demos & playback
How do I add a match?
Sign in, open your demo library, and upload a CS2 .dem file or use an available import option. You can also use the MemorIN browser extension on supported FACEIT and HLTV pages. See how to download a CS2 demo.
Why will my demo not import or play?
Check that it is a supported CS2 demo, the match is finished, the provider still has the download, and the file fits the limit shown in your account. An expired provider link or a failed provider challenge can stop an import. Try downloading the original .dem and uploading it directly. Older builds, missing map support, or a damaged file may not work.
For help, send the source match link, any error message, your browser and device, and the steps you took to support. Never send passwords or Steam authentication codes.
How long are my demos kept?
Server storage depends on your plan and the retention term shown for the demo. Memorin is not a permanent backup. Keep your original file. A browser may keep a local copy, but clearing site data or changing devices can remove access to that copy. See privacy and retention.
Can I use Memorin on a phone or a slow computer?
Try the free sample demos on your device before paying. 3D needs a browser and device that support WebGL. Load time and performance depend on the device, browser, match, and connection. Use the 2D view if 3D does not run well.
How do playback and practice controls work?
Use the on-screen playback controls, camera options, and Settings menu. See the demo viewer controls guide. Available practice actions depend on the moment and your access.
Account, privacy & help
Are my uploaded demos public?
Private demos are restricted to the account that added them, subject to sharing controls. A link you choose to share can give others access to the shared content. Do not share private links publicly. Read the privacy policy for data handling and retention details.
How do I delete a demo or my account?
Use the demo or account controls while signed in. Contact support if you cannot access them. Cancel any active Stripe subscription first. Some billing records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes, as described in the privacy policy.
How do I contact support?
Email [email protected]. Include your Steam profile link, the page or match involved, and what went wrong. For billing, include the receipt or invoice reference, amount, and date. Do not send a full card number, security code, password, or authentication code. Privacy and takedown requests can also go to [email protected].
