TERMS OF SERVICE · VERSION 2026-10-22
Know what you are paying for.
These terms cover Memorin's demo review and practice service, PRO subscriptions, and single-match purchases. The offer and checkout show the price and plan you select.
1. Seller and contact
Memorin is operated from Lithuania by Modestas Ražanauskas.
Seller's contact address: Bažnyčios g. 7, Ryliškiai, 64195 Alytaus r. sav., Lithuania.
Billing, cancellations, complaints, and consumer withdrawal notices: [email protected]. Privacy and rights-holder requests: [email protected].
2. Who may purchase
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this contract, and the cardholder or authorized by the cardholder to use the payment method. Do not use someone else's payment details without permission.
Your purchase and access are linked to the Steam account used at checkout. Keep access to that account. Steam authentication is handled by Steam.
3. The service
Memorin provides browser-based CS2 demo review and practice tools. The PRO offer describes included features, file limits, and storage. A single-match unlock covers only the identified match and its stated retention period. It is not a subscription or account-wide PRO.
Try the free features on your browser and device before paying. Demos, source providers, and maps must be supported and available. Browser practice is a recreation and may differ from the native game. We do not promise a particular rank, competitive outcome, or improvement. These statements do not limit your rights if the service fails to match its description or applicable legal standards.
Keep your original demo files. Storage has a stated retention period and is not permanent backup. See privacy and retention.
4. Card trial and first payment
An eligible account may choose the monthly free trial for the duration shown in the PRO offer and Stripe checkout. A card is required. There is no subscription fee due at the start of that trial. When the trial ends, Stripe automatically charges the monthly price shown at checkout and the subscription continues on a paid monthly basis until cancelled. Checkout and the billing portal show the first billing date.
To avoid the first subscription charge, complete cancellation before the trial ends. You may cancel during the trial. Selecting Subscribe now skips the trial and charges immediately. Yearly plans and single-match purchases have no free trial. Trial eligibility is limited to one per account and card; prepaid cards are not eligible.
Trial and billing emails do not replace your cancellation deadline. Check the dates at checkout and in the billing portal. Optional product email updates are separate from billing notices.
5. Price, yearly payment, and automatic renewal
Review the total price, currency, applicable taxes, payment timing, and billing interval in Stripe before confirming. A monthly plan is charged each month. A yearly plan is charged as one full yearly payment upfront and renews for another full year. A monthly equivalent displayed for the yearly plan is a comparison only; it is not a monthly instalment plan.
By confirming a subscription, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the first payment and recurring renewals according to the displayed plan, unless you cancel before the next billing date. Non-use does not cancel a subscription. Any future price change must be communicated before it takes effect, with the opportunity to cancel before the affected renewal.
6. How to cancel
Sign in to the Steam account used for the purchase. Open PRO, choose Manage subscription, and complete the cancellation steps in Stripe's billing portal. Check the portal's cancellation status and access end date. Open subscription controls.
Cancel before the trial end to avoid the first charge, or before the next billing date to prevent renewal. After cancelling a paid subscription, access normally continues through the paid period shown in the portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not itself refund a completed payment.
If the portal fails or you cannot access your account, send a cancellation request to [email protected] promptly. Include the Steam profile link and enough receipt details to identify the subscription. Do not send full card details. We will verify the request and stop future renewal; a portal failure does not remove your legal cancellation rights. Signing out, removing the extension, or deleting local files does not cancel billing. Cancel billing before requesting account deletion.
7. Refund policy
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not offer voluntary refunds solely because you forgot to cancel, did not use the service, changed your mind, or used only part of a paid period. This includes a first charge after a trial, monthly or yearly renewals, and single-match purchases.
This policy does not exclude statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for non-conforming, faulty, unavailable, or misdescribed services, duplicate or incorrect charges, or legal protections for unauthorized payments. Contact support with the date, amount, receipt reference, Steam profile link, and reason for your request. We will assess the facts and the rights that apply. You do not waive consumer or payment dispute rights by accepting these terms.
8. Consumer withdrawal rights
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days from concluding a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Starting a free trial may be the date the subscription contract is concluded; the free trial is not a replacement for a legal cooling-off period. Consumers elsewhere may have additional or different mandatory rights.
You request access to begin immediately when you confirm checkout. This does not by itself waive your right to withdraw from an ongoing digital service. Where the law permits, a proportionate amount for service already supplied may be payable only if the required information and express request were properly provided. Any refund or deduction will be determined under the applicable law. We do not assume that merely opening Memorin removes your withdrawal right.
To submit your cancellation online, use Cancel contract. You can review your details, confirm the notice, and receive a dated acknowledgment. You can also withdraw by email. To withdraw, email [email protected] with a clear statement before your legal deadline. You can use this model, but do not have to: “I withdraw from my Memorin subscription contract concluded on [date]. My name is [name], my address is [address], and my Steam profile or receipt reference is [reference]. Date: [date].” Send the notice to the seller and contact address in section 1; an email is sufficient. Where a refund is legally due following withdrawal, we will make it within the statutory deadline, generally 14 days after receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
9. Account use, content, and availability
Only upload or share demos and other content you are entitled to use. Do not misuse accounts, evade access limits, interfere with the service, or infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, or legal obligations. Any mandatory rights concerning paid access remain in place.
We may maintain and update the service. If we cannot provide a paid service as agreed, applicable consumer remedies still apply. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Memorin is independent of Valve, Steam, FACEIT, and HLTV. See attribution and takedown.
10. Complaints and your legal protections
Send complaints to [email protected]. Include the relevant facts and the outcome you seek. Consumers may also contact the consumer protection or dispute-resolution body available in their country. In Lithuania, information is available from the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT).
These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence or your right to use competent courts or dispute-resolution procedures. We do not require you to give up lawful refund or chargeback rights.
11. Changes to these terms
This version is dated 22 October 2026. We will identify updated versions and communicate material changes where required. New wording does not retroactively change the terms of an earlier purchase. Keep your receipt and a copy of the terms accepted at checkout.
